Our earrings are made with high quality materials and constructed with care. Whilst unlikely, sometimes issues do arise and we will do our best to promptly rectify them. We have a 90-day policy to report any such issues.
Please contact us ASAP so we can provide a resolution and get you back into your Bomb Trinketies as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:
- The included care instructions have not been followed
- You change your mind (due to hygiene reasons)
- It's a Seconds or Sale item
- It's a Gift Card

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We request that contact is made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Bomb Trinkety does not hold responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit. If you have any issues, please click here.

Refunds
In the unlikely event that your item is defective and the course of action is to refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bombtrinkety.com.au.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot except exchanges.
